All custom or special-order items are final sale.  On some occasions,  items are sent in on approval.  If this is the case, returns are accepted for up to 14 days.

Most orders ship in 2 weeks, however depending on availability, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.  If you are in need of it sooner, please don't hesitate to ask if we can expedite delivery.
